He took great care in coming and looking at the roof inside and and out for the initial quote. He talked me through the quote/job in great detail and provided a full rundown of expenses and likely salvage of existing tiles.

For the actual job, Graham and Daniel were extremely professional and did an excellent job on my roof (sometimes in challenging conditions). They kept me updated throughout either by talking me through what they were doing or by sending photos/videos of their progress. I was a little nervous about certain aspects but they put my mind at ease and assured me that all was under control. They give the impression that they take pride in the job they do and that's certainly evident in the end result. The roof looks splendid with the drainage piping, lead work and tiling all of a very high standard. The 10 year guarantee also offers peace of mind.

As an extra, there was an aerial cable left hanging over one of my windows when the scaffolding folk had finished. Graham and Daniel came out very swiftly to sort the issue and even took down the unused Sky dish and cables. Additional evidence of their care for the customer. “Graham and his partner Daniel recently put a whole new roof on our house and they did an incredible job. We have recommended them to several of our friends and they are also super happy with the work they do. Right from the start, Graham provided us with a reasonable and competitive quote and timeframe. They organised for the scaffolding to be put up, and for the skip and permit before they began work. They then did a full strip of the roof slates, put new quality lining down and then re-slated the roof. They also completely re-did our dormer window with new timber and it looks the part. They worked really hard everyday and were never late and finished the job right on time. They kept the yard and front really tidy each day so it wasn't messy for us to live around and they sent us updates and debriefs everyday - so we learnt quite a lot about roofing! Really recommend these guys not only for the workmanship but also because of their honesty -- really felt like we could trust them and they weren't trying to rip us off, which is just what you want when you're spending a lot of money on a new roof.
